Scores Highest in Quality & Helpful Expertise® in Independent Customer Satisfaction Study
FRESNO, CA – May 8, 2026 – Nelson Dye has been awarded the prestigious Diamond Certified® award after being independently rated Highest in Quality and Helpful Expertise® in a comprehensive customer satisfaction study conducted by American Ratings Corporation (ARC).
To earn Diamond Certified, local service companies must apply and successfully complete ARC’s rigorous 12-step rating and certification process. The process includes surveying a random sample of past customers to measure overall customer satisfaction, service quality, willingness to refer, and helpful expertise. Companies must achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90 or higher on a 100-point scale in order to qualify.
In addition to customer satisfaction ratings, American Ratings Corporation verifies licensing, insurance coverage, complaint status, business practices, financial stability, and legal judgment status before certification is awarded. Ongoing customer surveys are also conducted to ensure Diamond Certified companies continue maintaining their high standards of service and professionalism.
